The rental price depends on the season (high and low season). The maximum occupancy is 6 persons, the minimum rental period is 7 days.

Prices as of Jan. 2025

Weekly rent in the low season is

1-2 people: EUR 1,960

3 people: EUR 2,240

4 people: EUR 2,520

5 people: EUR 2,800

6 people: EUR 3,080

Prices include 11.5% US tax, there is an additional cleaning fee and deposit.

Children up to 2 years are free of charge, children up to 12 years pay EUR 25 per child and day.

In the high season (from mid-December until end of May) there is a surcharge of 20%. At Christmas and Easter there is an additional surcharge of 20%.
