We had an absolutely wonderful time in a gorgeous home. The furnishings were beautiful and high quality. Special touches like having q tips in each bathroom. Super large beach towels and bath towels were abundant.

We happened to forget to buy some sugar and I was pleasantly surprised to find some in the pantry. Can’t say enough about Villa Isabella… a dream home for sure

We had a very great time in the "Villa Isabella". We felt comfortable from the first moment and were able to enjoy the vacations to the fullest.

The house is tastefully decorated and well equipped. One lacks hardly anything, great! Also valuable, but never experienced differently in houses of Intervillas, you arrive and everything is clean and welcoming prepared for the perfect vacations in SWFL. In addition, we found the location of the house, for shopping and otherwise, absolutely ideal.

We sincerely thank the hosts who provide this house. A really great house, we had a wonderful time in your home. But also the property management on site and the services of Intervillas were once again top. A big thank you to all of you as well.

„Fantastic house! Well equipped, very comfortable, and very stylish! Outdoor living area was amazing as well as the pool. It was all perfect! We stayed with our 2 boys (aged 9 and 7) and they had a blast. We bought some fishing gear, swam, read, and even did remote school. Everything was flawless and would totally go back. Not a big deal for us, but beaches and attractions are a little bit of a drive, but most houses to rent will require you to get in a car, and we didn't mind a few extra minutes here and there. Overall great place!“

This was a beautiful house that was well kept and clean. Heated pool and hot tub was a great combination. All rooms were wonderfully decorated each with there own bathroom which was nice. Great location to grocery store which is only 1 mile away. The way the house sit, allows for a great sunset in the evenings. Would recommend, and would stay again.

Wir haben 3 Wochen in der schönen Villa Isabella verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist auch mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und in der Garage ist sogar sämtliches Strand-Equipment vorhanden (Stühle, Schirm, sogar Buddelzeug für die Kleinsten). Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern da (auch Kinderbett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden) und der Große (3 Jahre) hat den Poolbereich geliebt. Toll war das der große Pool auch über einen relativ großen flachen Bereich verfügt und das man auch den großen Pool recht schnell auf über 30 Grad aufgeheizt bekommen hat, sodass man den auch mit einem Baby nutzen kann. Insgesamt hat es uns auch im Außenbereich an nichts gefehlt – Sonnenliegen sind vorhanden, ein Sonnenschirm, ein Esstisch und eine Lounge-Ecke. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und auch kanalseitig liegt das Haus in einer Sackgasse, sodass kaum Verkehr in der Straße ist und auch so gut wie keine Boote vorbei kommen - Erholung ist also garantiert. Der nächste Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit weg, nur wenn man Appetit auf deutsche Backwaren hat, muss man ein wenig weiter fahren (ca. 10-15 Minuten). Die ganze Abwicklung im Vorfeld hat super geklappt und auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch Sigrid ist spitze (alles in Deutsch, was vieles einfacher macht). Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Isabella und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen!

Meine Familie und ich verbrachten 3 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Isabella. Die Villa Isabelle wurde neu erstellt und begeistert, durch eine wunderschöne und liebevolle Einrichtung. Die riesige, begehbare Dusche ist ein Traum! Wir müssen sogar eingestehen, dass die Matratzen und Betten, besser als unsere eigene sind. :-) Der Pool hat uns den Urlaub versüsst! Endlich hatten wir einen Pool, den man wirklich auf Badewanne Temperatur heizen konnte. Die Küche hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Es hatte sogar einen Babystuhl und ein hochwertiges Kinderbett. Strandzubehör wie Stühle, Schirme usw. alles bereits vorhanden. Wir können nichts negatives von unserem Aufenthalt berichten und geben daher sehr gerne die volle Punktzahl. Die Villa Isabella ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet! Sie ist praktisch direkt am Cape Coral Parkway gelegen, so dass der nächste Supermarkt nicht weit weg entfernt ist und die Kanallage ist ebenfalls ein Muss in der Region. 

Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr angenehm und man wird von jedem freundlich gegrüßt.

Der Außenbereich ist großzügig gestaltet und bietet alles was man braucht. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern dort, die den Pool großartig fanden und viel Spaß hatten. 

Die Betreuung vor Ort mit Sigrid verlief absolut proplemlos und wir bedanken uns für die viele Tipps die Sie uns gegeben hat!

Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen...

Die Villa Isabella ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus welches sehr modern eingerichtet ist. Das Haus ist brandneu, wurde dieses Jahr erst fertiggestellt. Das merkt man auch sofort, alles ist noch sehr neuwertig, nicht abgelebt oder abgenutzt. 

Der Poolbereich ist sehr gross, es macht richtig Spass hier zu verweilen. Ebenso gibt es auf der Terrasse eine Lounge-Ecke, was sehr selten anzutreffen ist in den Miethäusern. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, man hat fast immer Sonne.

Die grosse 3-Car-Garage steht dem Mieter ganz zur Verfügung.

Wenn man etwas Kritik äußern müsste, dann wäre es der fehlende Bootssteg (hier wurde uns erklärt, dass dieser ab Herbst 2019 installiert wird). 

Schlussfolgernd kann ich sagen, wir kommen definitiv zurück.
